Christmas for my family is one of our favorite times of the year. Putting up our inflatable Christmas Dog with our exterior lights, decorating the Christmas tree reminiscing on all of our children’s “home made” ornaments, and of course binge watching the Hallmark Channel. As with each Holiday in our house hold we have many traditions that make this time of year so wonderful.
One of our most favorite traditions is having our infamous breakfast casserole Christmas morning. Our casserole recipe originated with my mother and has continued to be shared throughout our family.
The smallest traditions have brought the most warmth to my family. Hopefully this recipe can bring a little extra warmth to yours!
